Cinzia Rosselli

Teaching Practitioner

Cinzia joined Carey Hall 4 years ago as a student and has recently qualified as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. Cinzia attended Carey Hall when she was a child showing our settings strong, long standing family roots and reputation. She enjoys giving the children the best possible start to their education by providing fun, inviting learning opportunities for the children.

Mouna Hayat

Teaching Practitioner

Mouna joined Carey Hall Preschool 3 years ago as a valued member of our team and is at Level 3. Mounas caring nature and her ability to settle children into the setting very quickly is where her strengths lie. She enjoys building the children’s confidence at preschool, enhancing their social skills and therefore making them “school ready” for when they move up to Primary school.

We are committed to continuing professional development for our staff. Food Hygiene and Paediatric First Aid training is updated annually for all employees.

In addition to this, staff undertake a series of self-elected CPD modules, such as ‘Characteristics of Effective Teaching and Learning’ and ‘Being a Key Person’. These early years-focussed training sessions upskill our educators, making
sure that the learning at Carey Hall implements the latest practices and theories of education.

Our SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Lead, Pam, updates her qualification every year to stay up to date with new statutory requirements and the best practice in this area of education.
